Eligibility requirements for Parent and Grandparent Program:
- Sponsoring individual should be a Canadian citizen or Canadian permanent resident
- Applicants must have an Invitation to apply for the program
- Have sufficient financial funds and income to support the stay of your parents
- Suffice the requirements of IRPR and IRPA guidelines of Canada Immigration
- Must sign a sponsorship agreement between sponsoring individual and sponsored persons
- Demonstrate commitment to support the parents for three to 20 years financially
Eligibility requirements for Super Visa:
- The applicant must be a grandparent or parent of the sponsorer (Canada PR Visa Holder or Canadian Citizen)
- Have a signed letter from their sponsor, which shall include:
- Financial assistance for the duration of their visit
- A detailed list of people in the house
- Copy of Canada PR Visa Card or Passport
- Have medical insurance from an insurance company in Canada for a minimum of 1 year with a minimum coverage of $100,000
- Must be applied from outside Canada with an immigration medical exam
Eligibility requirements for Spouse visa Canada:
- Sponsorer must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada
- Applicant must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Show intention to reside in Canada when the spouse becomes a Canadian permanent resident
- Prove that you are not getting any social aid
- Must have enough funds to support your spouse’s stay
- Must commit to supporting financially for a duration of time validated by an undertaking
- Must agree to responsibilities during the undertaking, which is known as a sponsorship agreement
- Must complete and sign a form comprising undertaking and the sponsorship agreement
